Adwords question
So with the adwords keyword tool, even keywords that show no competition can still have lots of ads display for a search. "cha cha cha rent house cha cha cha" still triggers ads with phrase match for "rent house". So suppose that phrase was actually a popular search term and one guy got in on it and had an exact phrase match for "cha cha cha rent house cha cha cha". Would that person rank above the other ads if somebody searched for that phrase?

Generally, yes. Depends on quality score and such, but usually a good exact match ad will easily outperform someone broadmatching their way in.
