Hi guys,

I have been having trouble getting Facebook to add my credit card for advertising. Every time i submit it I get the error message about CSC failing but I get the pre-auth go through (shows AUTHORISATION ONLY - EFTPOS PURCHASE AT FBOOKCARDAUTHORIZATION xxx-xxx-xxxx on statement).

The response from Facebook help i recieved is:

I called my bank and they said there should be no problem since the pre-auth is going through.

Do i need to go and sign-up for another credit card and hope it works for facebook? I checked the details I am entering into facebook are exactly the same as with my bank. Never had a problem ordering with Amazon or any other place. I live of my credit card and have never come across this problem.

Any suggestions or a way to get in contact with a rep would be great.

I would say if your Canadian and using a Visa thats the problem. If not then sorry cant help out.
