Great video.

It does get pretty intricate around how they determine the actual CPC the advertiser pays in the end.

I don't have a shitload of experience using AdWords, but I noticed that the PPC went up in the weekends vs. the weekdays on my keywords.

On a side note, in the video at 3:01, he said "feedbook", then corrected himself, "feedback"... cool, they didn't shoot a second take and edit it.

Google's keeping it real, haha

Nice post.

I have heard that you pay only slightly more than the next competitor but it's good to hear directly from google.

He seems to have conveniently forgot the "google slap mystery factor" in his quality score explanation.
