I want to be automatically subscribed to threads I post in, how come I'm not?

I want to be automatically subscribed to threads I post in, how come I'm not?
On other forums i'm automatically subscribed if I post in a thread. I that have to do with admin setting that only they can change?

Go here and go down to Default Thread Subscription Mode, and change it to Instant Email Notification and click Save Changes

Ah thanks Illusion. Is there a way with vBulletin, that the Admins can make it a default that you are subscribed to threads you post in? If so, the admins here should consider that.

There sure is, but I hate it when I get emails from threads I participate in. I mean sometimes you can post in up to 20 threads a day, and then everytime someone posts in those threads I get an email saying they posted in them which in turns clogs up the old mailbox

True that, but there is the option in the menu that you just sent me to that automatically subscribes me to any thread that I post in but that does not send an email (it's the choice called, "Do not send Email"). That's what every other forum I've been to has as their default except for this one. People do not want to go searching back through the whole forum to see if someone replied. They also don't want the hassle of having to remeber choosing "subscribe" for every thread.

I realize that your not the Admin, but I'm just saying would you suggest this to the Admins?
