It's a great plugin. I installed it on one of my sites around the 1st week of December 2009 and by the 3rd week I was already making money. My only problem is with the sitemaps because my site have gotten a little too big and automatically generating the xml is creating lots of problems --- but i guess that's an issue with another plugin.

So I have a planning question. Is it better to run multiple sites with more specific niches or a general site with multiple catagories? Running multiple sites can get expensive with all the domain reg and hosting fees, but I'm wondering if it wouldn't produce better results? What's your thoughts?

time is the more important consideration... i don't have a domain that doesn't earn back reg fees. but that's not a great return, but at the same time it's not losing money. so start building some sites, earning some money, and then take it from there. split test - try one as a general site and another that is a more targeted niche site.

i tend to believe that a more targeted niche site is going to perform better with search results - but there are others much more knowledgeable than me in that regard to answer.

if you run a2p on a single site with many categories you would probably pull way too many auctions per day ( especially for a new site ) for google not to notice you, I think a niche site is always better.

no need to buy a separate hosting plan for each domain, just get one which allows multiple domains

Targeting specific niches would be the normal way to go but you could also target searchers by others ways, for example by location (think small town, not country/state), or say charity auctions only.

Thanks for the help guys! I found a host that allows unlimited domains, etc so I think I'm going to move forward with the niche site and see how that goes. Now I just have to dig around in the couch for some loose change and buy A2P and the themes! :-)

Great tutorial, Mike. Very close to what I did in the past using a different plugin and it made me money.

This is just a quick little tweak for existing EPN sites to add a decent additional revenue stream and make it easier for customers to purchase, especially customers who are turned off by price. It has worked very well for me on over a dozen EPN sites. It takes like 20 minutes one time to get it working and there's no cost involved. It's 7 pages so give it a quick read and see if it'll work for your site.

I purchased and installed auction2post a few months back and so far I am very pleased!
I did just a small amount of SEO, getting around 50 uniques a day. earning just under $20 per week with EPN.

Its all automated now, I check the stats daily but that's it... less than 5 minutes per day. Do the math and you can see the possiblities with this.

I just had a completely retarded revelation regarding creating successful A2P sites. In an effort to build a significant number of indexed pages that I could leverage for link building purposes, I created a dozen or so auto sites with A2P. I had each site cranking out about 20-30 new posts every day, just to get as many indexed as possible.

After about a month I had about 8000 pages indexed, and after doing some social bookmarking for each of these sites, I started to notice that they were all getting de-indexed. These were basically a wordpress theme, A2P and All in on SEO, slapped together to crank out pages, that's all. No unique content whatsoever. In a panic I checked my older A2P sites and found something interesting.

MY REVELATION...All of these auto content sites I created had auctions showing on the home page. Usually 5-6 posts. However, my good, money making A2P sites, about 6 sites in total, that I built way before these auto A2P sites, have no auctions showing on the home page. They all have keyword rich content, product photos, descriptions, etc that I wrote specifically for the homepage. No Ebay auctions at all. None of these sites were de-indexed, and they continue to do well today.

I probably should have noticed this before, but having a static homepage with original content, when using A2P might just be the key to keeping G from cluing into the fact that you're really just scraping content from ebay. Something to think about for sure.

Yes............ The importance making your Homepage a Static page or Post that is very very well optimized for the Mother Keyword and its variations.
And keep adding a few lined or changing the homepage once in a while.

Plus these ---> Title, H1 Tag, H2 Tag, optional H3 and a Footer Anchor

do yo guys have a "sweet spot" as to how many post per day is best. right now i am only doing one per category per day. which is 5 for one site and 3 for another, but i am thinking about bumping it up
