I have been a member here for awhile and I really wanted to give something back. So, here is a blog post I wrote about a very profitable FB campaign that anyone should be able to bank on. Hope it helps you all.

Congratulations on a successful campaign, but to be prepared to get muscled out now that you've told people about it.

Whilst giving people advice is always appreciated, you need to learn to keep some specific information quiet, whilst giving the gist of how it's done.
Idiots will complain about how you're not giving enough info, whilst the clever people that actually make some money out of this game will see between the lines at what you mean.

It works I can tell you that first hand - there just isn't a huge amount of volume because the campaigns are only around for a few weeks or so at a time because they are for live seminars.

So he is giving away a campaign that doesn't have the volume he'd like to get his new blog going. I actually told a friend about this exact campaign a few weeks ago because I didn't have the time for it.

Good start to your blog man.

Damn, looking at that sentence now, you are right. My Catholic school teacher of a mother would have dropped dead reading that sentence as well.

And yes, the theme may not be great, but I am not worried about that yet. I just want to write some good stuff to get it rolling before I work on my theme and ads and stuff. Right now, it is just about getting some recognition for being somewhat helpful.

@HarveyJ I knew people would come asking questions and since I am not running it anymore, why not give out some info. All they need to do is write a decent ad copy, which with this offer is easy, and they will be on their way.

These offers crush it on FB, myspace not so much. There are a bunch of other channels that it works on as well.

well most fb campaigns fail after a few weeks for newbies anyway because of banner blindedness

The key to helping with banner blindness in this case is to make your banner specific to each campaign you are running. This offer is for a live seminar for like 3 to 5 days, so on every offer, use the dates as your main focal point to customize it. Another thing is that these offers only last about 3-4 weeks and then you get to target a whole new audience. It is worthwhile and you can produce a decent ROI, but the volume isn't quite there like miketpowell said.

so you're geo targeting for wherever the event is taking place? that seems like there's almost not enough volume to even pursue

Yes, you geo-target for every city. Usually, there are 2 or 3 cities and you target those. It isn't a huge audience but it is targeted, so you will get some volume. There is enough volume there to make money from it but I don't to keep setting up new campaigns anymore and have moved on to something that is bringing me more volume.
