Question 1 Keyword Per Adgroup And How To Track The Ads

1. When would you want to run a campaign using 1 keyword per adgroup vs putting say 25-50 keywords per adgroup instead?

2. If you decide to run a campaign on Adwords with 1 keyword per adgroup, is there a way to filter on the Adwords interface to compare both ads as a whole for the campaign to split test? From what I'm looking at now, you can only compare your ads per adgroup and if you have 500 adgroup and 1000 ads, that's not going to be practical.

You can use Tracking/Prosper202 to see which ads are performing the best.

^^^

What he said, just enter your domain with ?keyword= at the end.

Example: http://www.YourDomain.tld/?keyword={keyword}

If you are advertising through Adwords, putting {keyword} in brackets like that will tell Google to insert the keyword at the end of your URL and Prosper202 will pick that up. Then you can go into the "Analyze" tab and see which keywords are getting the conversions. Also, it won't matter how many keywords you have because they will be dynamically added to the end of your landing page URL.

This is a little off topic from OP, but if you set up a header redirect on facebook how would tracking be done in this case with multiple ads? ive been wondering this for a while.
