Help Market Samurai To Do Keyword Research Help

i think i found myself a niche thru market samurai
cant find a crack for MNF, LOL
but im still doubting whether will i be able to hit first page on that niche

EXACT searches: bout 80-350
PHRASE searches: 300-700
SEOTCR: 0-200%
with quotes: 10 000 - 60 000 searches
allintitle: bout 25 000 searches

problem arises when you get high searches but low SEOTCR, and some other combinations which make me hard to come to a decision.

and some of the first page does not even have keyworded domain in it, got populated by cnet reviews and some wikipedia, if so, can we outrank them if we have a keyworded domain?

to all keyword research gurus out there, how do you actually determine a keyword is worth ranking for?
what are the ranges that you use to guide you?
let's help each other to determine what are the proper guidelines, it doesn't have to be perfect, but as a simple guideline
