Currently my adsence site averages around 2.00 CPM. Is that any good or can I do better with an actual CPM advertiser? And which CPM Advertiser do you recommend.

Which vertical are you talking about? Be specific in your question.

Assuming you're not in a niche vertical, beating a $2 CPM from a display network will be difficult. Two quick things you can do:

1. Place adsense in higher visibility positions to try increasing CTR.

2. Get creative with overall monetization - ie deep link affiliate links in articles, etc.
