Question Stupid FB Ad question...

I've never fucked around with Facebook ads because I haven't done any PPC stuff in the last year or so. I have a project that I will be doing PPC for, but I won't be going live for about a month. Should I start getting ads approved now and keep them paused until I'm ready to go? Or should I just wait?

I'll be nice. Get them ready. It might take number of tries to get the ads approved.

Is it just me, or is the newer facebook ad layout harder to pause and start campaigns, compared to the old facebook ad section?

Jondoe: No, save them until the campaign is ready to go full swing.
Facebook will give you shitty impressions in the future if you start a campaign low. They seem to have sort of expectation for ads based on their first few hours of display (even if they don't approve them until it's 2am your time, which is amazingly fucking annoying when attempting to run campaigns from a +8 - +11 timezone)

Spyderr: Glad I'm not the only one.
I get time outs on the script they're running half the time.
