Question Which Keyword Tool Should I Invest IN And Why?

Which Keyword Tool Should I Invest IN And Why? I intend to look for keywords for SEO mainly, but also PPC. Which keyword tool would be the best, cuz I dont trust this google keyword tool. I have a couple of sites on page one in the SERPS for keywords that supposedly get 10,000+ searches per month EXACT MATCH, yet, I get less traffic than sites with keywords that show a tenth of the search.

Thanks

Good luck. The majority of keyword tools use the statistics google keyword tool gives you.

The alternative is wordtracker.

PPC keyword research for the noob >> intermediate affiliate marketer. CampaignSniper's pay per click keyword tool allows you to exploit your competitor's adwords campaigns.

Agreed. While it may not be 100% accurate, it would be the best tool out there. I don't tend to pay for keyword research tools when you can just look at Google's data and make assumptions and analysis from that.

How bout Market Samurai? I dont mind the price, but it seems to have some SEO options along with the keyword research tools. Any opinions?

Market Samurai
MicroNicheFinder
KE 2

Those are the 3 dominant ones in the industry right now.

Do your own research on them though and compare results with the Google keyword tool.

MS is pretty good. It'll give you info on the top ten spots for SEO, number of backlinks, PR status, anchor text, and other random info. And it'll also give you PPC info if that's what you're after.

I've heard Campaign Sniper is a good tool for PPC, although I've never used it. It depends on what you do, as MS does both SEO/PPC, but I'm not sure if C. Sniper returns SEO info too.

I also use Keyword Blueprint, but that's kind of a package deal and slightly expensive for the value.
