Question FB Ads Manager, PHP Redirects, and LP Rotation

1. If I'm using the FB Ads Manager, is it still possible in some way to use a PHP redirect and still pass those subID's?

I ask because, in theory, I want to redirect to a go.php file to swap out offers for every ad at once. Correct me if I'm wrong, but you can't do this using 202 without getting a new Destination URL, can you? What is the best way to do this?

2. Also, what about using the Ads Manager with the 202 rotation script. How do I pass the subID's generated at the end {age} {gender} etc...when my link is going to the rotation script first?

There is an option to rotate offers per campaign in prosper under Aff Campaign setup, there is a radio box that let's you rotate URLS.

If I add an offer in 202 while the campaign is running, do I have to get new tracking links for each ad I made, stop the campaign, and edit each one?
