Does Adwords ban by IP?
So I got banned from Adwords a couple months ago because I'm retarded and tried to push rebills.
I want to get another account so I can not be a retard and try to push rebills. As long as the personal info and CC# are different, is that enough? Or do they ban your IP? |

Don't forget saved cookies and sessions in your browser as well as all personal information and IP address. Another thing if you use their desktop app they link that as well.
