I'm currently focusing on Education Campaigns. I have leads gathered that are valid to submit. I want to form a call center to call and verify these leads to submit them. Problem is these submissions have to look Organic, from random IPs. Solution I was thinking a proxy server for the call center. What do y'all suggest?

Most outsourced solutions will be able to offer the random ip's thing is random ips usually look just like that.

Building a good relationship with the comp. you are submitting the leads to and explaining the exact situation is your best bet.

Thats the problem. I explained to my affiliate managers my exact situation. They tried to get a solution and make it work for me and them. But I've been getting a no go for a call center to validate and submit the leads I have for the EDU campaigns. So I'm not sure what to do.

ok cool. I'm a little bit concerned about the one proxy IP being displayed for the submissions. Wouldn't that look skeptical like something's going on?

Well I do have the proxy IP secured and not open. Also a random ip changer like HideMyIP or something like that you talking about?

Educational advertiser's are already very strict with traffic sources, you're not going to last long with call center traffic.

This traffic my company generates. I'm not hiring a call center to generate leads for us. We generate the leads and verify them so the turnover rate would be 85% or higher. I'm just wondering what would be the best way to submit these leads to EDU Campaigns if I have a call center.
