Ok, I'm from Bosnia and I'll be 23 in November. My webmastering skills are really poor now but I'm trying to improve lately and to see if I can make some money. I guess I'll hang in newbies forum mostly lurking and asking questions.

I'm on University now but not going well and I'll probably leave as I can't pay for it anymore. I don't have job yet, and I'm anti-talented in most sports.

I love computers and net but I guess it was always mostly 4fun than any serious business thoughts.
When I see how young most of you are, but already expirienced, I get kinda scared.

I hope you guys are willing to help newbies and we can all help each other.

Unreal how young so many of you are here. Makes me feel like an old man.

Anyhow, I'm Mike, and I'm in SEO Coordinator for a large online retailer. I don't want to say, but we have over 100 stores and are gunning for a lot more. Our specialty is niche type stores so I feel like I fit in here.

From reading through the posts and seeing all the goodies Jon is giving away, I'm certain that this is going to be a very successful forum. I love the laid back atmosphere of it, and the activity I've seen so far.

Look for me to become a menace (I mean contributing factor) of this forum in the upcoming weeks, months and years.

Hi all, Mark here from Northern Ireland, 28 years young and like to play volleyball. ( there was a clue in my username :-) )
Previously I've worked as a webdeveloper, volleyball coach to kids (really enjoyed that), IT contractor and now as an IT Manager.

I am Wilson. I have been using Adwords to promote affiliate programs for almost 1.5 years. I've found this forum by searching "affiliate marketing" in google. Wickedfire is very unique in terms of the forum design and tone of the administrators. I like it.

My name is Gareth Hodson and I was born in 1989. I first started out on the Internet little over two years ago. In that time I have picked up things quite quickly. I now get many clients for design work, and a lot of coding jobs (website design, small applications etc). I am proficient in xhtml/css and javascript. I also know a little php/mysql, but I still have a lot to learn - hence why I currently only develop small applications such as contact forms/newsletter, however I will get better!

I am the webmaster of quite a few sites. My main achievements include:
- Developing 1StopDir - the site now has over 700 submitted links and grows each and everyday. Free links for everyone, this is my way of giving something back.
- My first site, CodedFX. It is now a fully established community with over 4,500 users. It is now regarded as one of the top web design forums on the Internet.
- My hosting company. This is a site I have put a lot of time into - now with over 20 clients. The customers welfare is my main priority, and keeping them happy is what motivates me when it comes to HostedFX.

I develop sites reguarly and usually sell them on for a profit. I'm always on the lookout for sites to buy or nice domains that I can develop. As an individual I strive for perfection - if something is not right I will work non-stop until it is right. I believe this is the main reason of my success. I simply refuse to accept and dispise any form of failure.

I'm looking forward to taking an active part within the community.

Hi, I'm Lisa. I came across WickedFire via my web stats. I clicked on the referral link and started reading and decided to join. I found quite a few of the threads and topics of interest to me.

I'm the owner of a site/blog design studio at E.Webscapes. I dabble mostly in CSS, PHP, HTML and custom CMS design and set up. I started E.Webscapes in 2000 and currently have a portfolio of over 400 clients. I also own and operate a hosting company that is focused mainly on blogs and bloggers at Blogs About Hosting. We currently have about 200+ clients there and are going strong (so far!).

Probably like most here, my time for 'fun' on the internet is limited by real life - work, family, etc - but I hope to read several of the threads on here and hopefully find a bit of time to participate in the discussions.

I also know a little php/mysql, but I still have a lot to learn - hence why I currently only develop small applications such as contact forms/newsletter, however I will get better! I am the webmaster of quite a few sites. My main achievements include: - Developing 1StopDir - the site now has over 700 submitted links and grows each and everyday. Free links for everyone, this is my way of giving something back. - My first site, CodedFX. It is now a fully established community with over 4,500 users. It is now regarded as one of the top web design forums on the Internet. - My hosting company. This is a site I have put a lot of time into - now with over 20 clients. The customers welfare is my main priority, and keeping them happy is what motivates me when it comes to HostedFX. I develop sites reguarly and usually sell them on for a profit. I'm always on the lookout for sites to buy or nice domains that I can develop. As an individual I strive for perfection - if something is not right I will work non-stop until it is right. I believe this is the main reason of my success. I simply refuse to accept and dispise any form of failure. I'm looking forward to taking an active part within the community. I dabble mostly in CSS, PHP, HTML and custom CMS design and set up. I started E.Webscapes in 2000 and currently have a portfolio of over 400 clients. I also own and operate a hosting company that is focused mainly on blogs and bloggers at Blogs About Hosting. We currently have about 200+ clients there and are going strong (so far!). Probably like most here, my time for 'fun' on the internet is limited by real life - work, family, etc - but I hope to read several of the threads on here and hopefully find a bit of time to participate in the discussions.
