i just started a fitness blog and im trying to get more traffic to the site. i read an article someone posted on here about certain plug ins to use but im still trying to get different ways to advertise and get more traffic. any ideas on free traffic because i dont have a big budget.

also if you are using wp check out the all in one seo pack plugin
