For the last few days I've been thinking hard about whether I want to start this thread or not... and today I finally decided to put the 28 Adsense Niche Websites that I own for sale.

The reason is simple - school starts in only 4 days and I will not have time nor energy to work on these sites at all. (I want to graduate a year earlier, so I have to really work hard and not have anything distract me).

So here's what each of these sites have:

• 5 pages of unique content each targeting and optimized for 1 main keyword and 4 additional keywords
• All set up, all you have to do is to plug in your adsense (I'll also tell you the colors and positioning for the best results)
• Privacy policy, contact us, About - all these pages
• A few backlinks (bookmarks)

Also note that I haven't done virtually ANYTHING since I've put these sites up in June - and they've still managed to make me money. Some of them are getting good impressions and click daily, while others have huge potential.

Now, each of these sites have a potential of earning from $60 to $400 monthly if not more if ranked #1. That's $1700 a month for you on autopilot.

• They're all HTML so they're very easy to transfer. All I have to do is push the domains to you and then you just copy-paste the files to your FTP and your sites are live. (If you want I can do this for you).
• They're plug-and-play. Just put your adsense code in and you'll see money roll in.
• I'll tell you what I had in mind for these websites and how I planned to build links to them.

Here's the breakdown of how much I paid for each website and how much you're gonna get it for:

$8 for domain registration + $40 for 5 articles ($8 a pop)= $48 per site.

28 sites X $48 = $1344 - that's how much I spent on getting content & domains for all these sites + about 5 days of work setting up all 30 of these babies.

I'm willing to sell all 28 of them for only $1600. That's about $57 for each.

My request is that I want to deal with a reputable member, please no one-post-wonders,or someone who a reputable member can vouch for.

it's mostly a tools and physical products niche. I chose them based on the CPC>$0.50 and also made sure that if people are searching for "blue widget" land on my page "bluewidget.com" - then the ads will say "buy blue widget here with %50 discount" and clicky-click them
