I have to ask, because I cringe when I hear people offer "guarantees" for SERP placement, but what happens if a specific local niche is already saturated with people who are good at local SEO? Specifically, what if you can't rank for those top 10 spots?

Hi Rexbit,

You are right, no one can guarantee a first page placement in the organic search, however in Google Places (Google Local listings) I can. There a few terms I can't, locksmiths for example, but I always inform clients if the niche they are going for is out of the question. These are very few and far between though. If I cant get you on the first page of Google places, you get your deposit back.

I am dealing with Jason about how I want my project done. I can already tell he knows his crap, he made a couple of suggestions that I know surely make sense and will help alot. He's very communicative and seems to be a really nice guy.

I will of course wait for the work to be done before the REAL REVIEW, but I feel that he's VERY legit already because of the care and thought he is putting into my project.

And he has some nice aspects to his services that he hasn't advertised yet although I think he will.

I can smell a scammer, but I am nothin but excited about this project being done!

Hi Magic Hat, I didn't know if it was the done thing to post prices right away, so thanks for the heads up.

Listings cost $200,00 each plus $50,00 per month maintenance (extra reviews and citations etc to ensure your listing stays on the front page)

We do of course offer deals if you buy in bulk.

I have checked everything out and I feel sooo fortunate to have gotten this review!

This is Quality work from top to bottom, without a doubt.

PROS: I received the local business listing(that map box that sits at the top of some search pages) for my niche keyword and URL. I really had no clue how to get this type of listing before, but I will be using this technique HEAVILY from now on.

Mind you, I used his service strictly for my website, I don't own a brick and mortar business, but Jason asked my permission to "MAKE IT WORK", he was very... let's say "capable" of getting my local business established. Map listing, Phone number, Address, the works! It was crazy.

He quickly provided me with a report that listed the sites that he marketed my new local business listing to. He explained to me that this way, Big G sees my listing info is already on the net in authority sites so it gives my listing more authority. And I can vouch for the fact that these sites were definitely Authority sites.

Additionally, he provided 5 youtube videos that contain the same keywords and address as my new local listing, I know that this will give my new local listing even more authority. He handed over the accounts so that I could access everything myself.

Jason was straight up with me and told me that it would take a couple of weeks to rank on the first page. I have no doubt that I will, the man knows his stuff in and out.

He will also be adding positive reviews to my listing over the next week or so from different I.P. addresses. He doesn't just build and leave, he works your project.

CONS: I would have liked the report to have exact URL addresses to my specific listing inclusions that were added to the authority sites. But he was very easy to talk to to get things straight when I had an issue.


OVERALL: This is PURE quality and an eye-opening service for me. 9.6 out of 10 and I probably still forgot some part of the service given, he was professional, fast, and EASY TO CONTACT at almost any given moment.
