I've been helping my GF transition from working for the man to working for herself and it's been quite the rollercoaster however she's finally done it! Rather than take the usual route of IM'ing, I'm happy she's finally doing what she loves - audio production, voiceovers, song/jingle/hooks etc. As proud as I am, the real work has just begun, marketing her site/getting that first batch of clients etc. which brings me here to my first ever WF BST thread...

To some of you, you'll see this as 'just some audio'. Others will be able to see value right away! Adding a voiceover to your lander, your product sales page, your flash demo, emailable attachment etc. can GREATLY boost your conversion rate. I use audio/video on pretty much every single one of my offers, and a good voice over/audio treatment is another great element everyone should be implementing/testing with their efforts.

So what's the deal?

Review copies? JUST ONE, and it will be specific.

a) Member must currently be in the market for OR have immediate real use for a voice over on a real project.

b) Member must be someone that has weight/authority here.

c) Once you get your package, please at least plug a half decent review back here re your length/quality, not just a one liner "i got it fast, it was good, would order".

d) You'll still need to provide the above (script/some direction) in order to get a quality VO that goes w/your campaign the way you want it.

e) I'd 'Like' it to go to someone worthy and that would get maximum use out of this rather than the highest authority figure that will just grade it and let it sit unused. So if you really need something like this and would be proud to implement/test to prove better conversions please let me know here why you should be the one to get it.

* Awesome, yep voice msg's are a part of her slate.

* You'd be surprised what mastered audio w/effects/music/etc. can cost per minute, some go as high 1K/minute depending on use/licensing/platform etc. Though you are correct, she's not the cheapest and doesn't want to really position herself that way (Only a few orders have been through the site/main pricepoints - the rest are all referals and her scouting the VO bid type sites so it's budget specific).

* No probs, can still take care of you and charge accordingly, obviously within reason i.e. she's done a few jingles and voice plugs that are only 5-7 seconds and they were still in the $xxx range (just under union rates). Won't charge YOU that just sayin'.

lol - So far it's a good gig for her, and she's really good at it so the jobs/auditions are already getting to be a daily thing for her.

* Don't worry about posted prices or even the prices quoted above, simply inquire on whatever it is you need and you'll get a great quote if it doesn't match up with the package listed.

Thanks for the interest I wasn't sure if this would be a good fit, but do know the value of rich media/audio/video so I'd assume a few vendors or strong aff's might want to jump on this while it's discounted for the various things you can do w/audio.
