looking for CHEAP proxy solution

just purchased 10 private proxies from a proxy provider. They are
great and work nicely, cost only 10 dollars a month so it's really
nice and cheap!! very very good deal!! they work nicely!

BUT they are all from the same geo area,

I need proxies where the PREFIX is different on all IP's... the LEADING
prefix is what needs to be different, not the tail end suffix's

I can't have

65.38.103.465
(These 2 examples won't work for me, the "65" needs to be different in this example)
65.38.132.872

NO I need completely different geo areas all together
anyone have a low cost alternative?

I NEED CHEAP! even if they're shared, that's ok
but it can't be a snails crawl


(and if I can't get all being different prefixes, at least as close as possible
maybe not all ten being different, but at least half)

UniqueInternetServices, Proxybonanza and PacketFlip offer shared proxies that might be in your price range. Some are grouped onto the same subnet but should be spread out enough for your purposes.
