As said above check out mattseh's pinger, as far as I know he also offers a pinging service.

I have a shitty script that I wrote that sends it to pingomatic one by one in your browser. Its not very good but it works if you want it. Happy to share

Thanks for the help guys. I got someone to do it this time, as it's a one off thing for the moment. The pinging program looks sweet...but kind of beyond my proxy grabbing abilities lol

Contrary to popular belief, pinging does very little when it comes to getting your links indexed.

It's better than no pinging though.
