I am looking to sell a test run of high quality traffic using behavioral targeting. I have a few websites that want to sell their visitors as an audience that can be advertised to across the entire Google network. If the test runs are successful, I plan on scaling this out some more.

Here's what you'd be buying:

1. a user visits one of my sites. In this example, it's a site about bad credit.

2. the user will be cookied as part of the "bad credit" audience for the next 30 days.

3. I will run whatever ads you want against this "bad credit" audience on a CPC basis across the entire Google network. So even if the user is on a totally unrelated site, you can still show display "bad credit" ads to them.

4. After each increment of $25 spend, you must PayPal me the $25 you owe me in order to keep running the ads.

I have targeted traffic in the following verticals: bad credit, ETF investments, online education, weight loss, nutritional supplements, acne prevention, and more.
