The cheapest Gmail and Youtube PVA's (SMS confirmed) - 1000 Gmails - 70$ (100 - $12), 1000 Youtubes - 85$ (100 - 14$)

This accounts will be verified with using real sim cards. I have to pay for sim cards so no free review copies.

As I have to verify it using sms it will take 48-72 Hours to make 1k accounts.

I will accept payment via paypal

No problem you can start with small quantity to check whether its fine or not I dont mind it as I give quality accounts
