I found one .edu site PR 2 where you can make your own edu blog. You can promote articles with your anchor text as your keyword, comment and etc.

The edu blog is a subdomain of a University. The main site is pr 8 and the subdomain where your blog is hosted is PR 2. That place has very few blogs and is not spamed at all. You can create how many edu blogs you want for every niche you have or every site you want to promote. That mean you can create a lot of good articles, post on the blog and wait for the results.Since is .edu, you will increase your position in serps in days.
