I will answer here since I want to be clear.
Almost all those above are profile backlinks.So,you will get your backlink in: bio,signature or your homepage section of your profile. Same thing with the edu blogs since most of the links are edu forums.(except 4 wich are auto approve comments)
At the .gov backlinks, one is auto approve comment and the other is profile backlink

Honest review:

Registering and viewing the public profile is confusing at times. Some sites disabled the option completely. But sheer number of links definitely make it worthwhile. The special pack of .edu backlinks alone is worth the price. There is around 4 packs like that inside.

Although having it a organized a bit better (may be sort "Auto approve comment" , "profile backlink") would be great. Still worth it.

You do it, what you are buying is a list of websites. It is up to you to go there and create the links.

My Review:

Fast response on the PM. ~30 minutes after I sent payment I had the list of links.

Took 10 minutes to explore and created 2 pr7 and 1 pr9 link that I confirmed were do follow afterwards. One of them even had spots for more than one link in the profile. The .edu I chose randomly even has a personal blog with it. Can't wait to hit up the .gov sites later on tonight.

Highly recommend this list, I don't recognize any of them from anywhere else. Good unique set of links from it.
