Like my other Post is thought this one is a bit different.

Well i am trying to set up a new payment method for my website and its seems i have a problem i spoke to paypal they said the problem is with the 3 people who tried to "buy" from me.

Well i need someone who has verified paypal account (without credit card attached to the account) to "buy" from my website - the amount you'll pay would be around 2 cents if your attempt was successful i will send you back 3$

this is "offer" or "test" is for only 2 members
