I am looking for a partner/investor for one of my businesses. I have 4 websites (all of which are the combined "one business") in a certain weight loss supplement niche which some people, who should know what they're talking about, say is going to be the next big diet craze come early 2011.

I made my first sale through these websites mid July, and in the 4 months (and one week) that have followed the company has brought in $300k in sales and $100k in profit (including $95k revenue and $29k profit in the last month's accounting just completed).

We buy our product direct from a manufacturer for a great price, and turn around and sell the product wholesale to businesses. We sell generic product as well as private label. We also have a dropshipping company doing our shipping for us. We outsource all we can, so to avoid shipping and other time consuming issues, and instead focus our time on marketing and sales.

Everyday people go on our websites and fill out a form requesting a call, or the phone rings, we take orders, process credit cards, and send those orders out to our fulfillment house to complete. As of now we have 150+ clients ranging from chiropractors, health store owners, online/offline entrepreneurs, and work from home people. Our sites generate the leads, and we close on the phone.

Most people purchase again, without additional marketing and have a "lifetime value" much more than their initial purchase. If we were to shut down all of our websites today, I believe we would still continue making 5 figure sales/month as clients re-order through phone/email - that's the nice thing about this business. Every purchase someone makes is $100+, with the average over $300. Biggest sales go around $10k. No client has brought in more than 10-15% of our sales, meaning we're not reliant on any client.

As you may know, January/February, every year, diet supplements have a spike, and we want to ensure that we reach our potential. I believe we can double, triple, quadruple this company rather quickly with the right marketing.

I am looking for a partner that can help us increase our leads and sales through SEO, PPC, or potentially start an Affiliate marketing program. Although I am good at sales (and closing the leads that come in by phone) I am not the best at SEO and PPC. We're not necessarily bad (as we are 2,3,4, and 7 on some of our main keywords), however, we're not number 1 and that is unacceptable. I also think we could greatly improve the number of leads that our PPC brings in, and the conversion rates of our websites, as well as our brand awareness through other forms of internet marketing. Our closing rate is very good, and every lead we get, brings on average over $100 in revenue, and many new clients buy again and again. Therefore increasing the number of leads even slightly, can make a huge impact over time with renewing orders.

I'm valuing the business at 12x monthly profit and looking to sell 50% to gain a marketing partner that can help take this to the next level. In a partner, you would get a business professional who knows how to run a business and sell clients. In a partner I'm looking for someone who can improve our internet marketing on a huge level.

If you've ever looked into private labeling and selling your own products at much higher margins than the average affiliate marketing offer this is a great opportunity.
