The time has come to sell this website . As you can see , it has around 1000 unique visits daily ( increasing ). The website has only adsense for revenue . For the last few months , it used to get only 30 clicks / daily , but lately , made some changes on the homepage , and the page CTR increased , the traffic also increased . The website gets 130 clicks /daily . There are also some other methods to promote this website . You can start selling virtual stripper , that pays great for each lead . I didn't tried this methods , but seen some other websites doing it .

The question that must be on your mind : WHY ARE YOU SELLING ?



Well , i think you've heard the reason " i need money " lots of time , this is why i am not going to tell you the same reason .



I am selling the website , because i have some other websites that earns much more than this one , and i really don't have time to promote this one any more . I would rather get the 1 year profit from this website , and buy a nice script for my other website .

The best thing about this website it's the low maintenance . You can add only a few wallpapers / month , with the click of a button . You can also upload bulk wallpapers.



If i don't get the money i want for the website , i will not sell it , and work a little bit more , to reach better rankings , and sell it for much more money . The website currently makes around 2 euro daily , that means 2.6$ with a total of 80$ almost .

The website runs on a wallpapers script , with a great admin panel . You can easily add more wallpapers , bulk upload , and control anything.

REVENUE DETAILS
Price asking ?

I know there are a lot of website that have no revenue and not even rankings at all , that sell for hundreds of dollars . Well , this is not one of those websites , it has over 80.000 links , and revenue .

So , the revenue for November : 25 euro = 35$


The revenue for December ( in progress ) = 28 Euro = 38$ ( half of the month ) = 80$ at the end at the month at least .

So , how much i want for the website ?! As you all know , a website value it's 1 year profit . So 80$ x 12 months = 960$ . Keep in mind that i only use adsense , you can use some other methods that can increase the earnings . With some work from your end , you can reach first page for sexy wallpapers , and increase the earnings dramatically .



I think this is a fair price , for a website with a big potential , and considering the hard work done for it .



When i talk about the big potential , i am only talking about the potential of good ranking for the keyword "sexy wallpapers". A good ranking can make this website earn at least 400$/ month , adsense only . There are also some clickbank offer that can be useful , never tried them though .



I am only focused for some other websites that i've got , so this is why i want to sell this one .

Sexyhotwallpapers.net has over 2000 wallpapers , listed by categories . A lot of hard work has been done to establish the website . You can see some traffic increase here since the begging : eXTReMe Tracking



As you can see , it has increased the traffic lately . It currently ranks great for the keyword : HOT WALLPAPERS , 3rd place , and 2nd page now for SEXY WALLPAPERS .



With a little work , you can get first page for SEXY WALLPAPERS .
