Pinging Tools - Use it with Proxies
Now a Days Pinging is the most Essential Techniques for Indexing the Backlinks.. There is some free Pinging Site on the Internet like Pingomatic.com, Pingoat.net and Pingler.net. But this are Manual Submission and and have to done one by one.. And if you want to use Multiple IP's you must have the Access of Dynamic IP's.. This techniques also takes lot's of time....
Also you can find free pinging Tools on the Net but you have to search for it... Paid Software are costly and other Pinging Tools which are In-build with Some Backlinking Tools are also Costly... REVIEW
The application is very simple. But I like the interface even better than matth's MegaPinger application. You can edit the services list and proxies right in the application itself so you don't have to have separate .txt files for everything. The services list sucks so you'll have to replace that, but other than that this app is great. Though I doubt the OP has resell rights to the program.
