I was recently "paid" with an email list instead of the cash that was owed to me -__-. Either way I have cleaned the list of duplicate records removed, emails longer than 45 characters removed, and improperly formatted emails removed. They have been compiled into 7 individual lists:

This is all opt-in data and a source list list available on my blog which you can find a link in my profile. All of the data is about 1-2 yrs old max.

80% of records have full leads (name, address, phone, gender) - and for the full record I would charge a little bit more.

When was the last time the list was mailed to? It would take a bold mailer to mail data that hasn't been mailed to in 1-2 yrs...would be a hell of a clean up process too.
