would like to get some feedback on logo nerds.com . I've submitted several successful orders through this company and they have delivered in a good manner .recently I submitted and order for a package for a customer of mine. I receive an automated email stating that the order would be completed in 3 to 5 business days . it has now been 10 business days and I have received no response to my repeated emails. this is for a local s e o customer of mine that I highly value, I'll be canceling the charge and flagging this charge it as fraud on my account. I am deeply disappointed in logo nerds as they have provided me with quality service in the past ..i urge all of you not to use their service I found them originally on wicked fire

I have already responded to your email and after discussing this back and forth with you, it would have been nice for you to update this thread letting others know we are far from a scam business.

As discussed:

It takes 3 to 5 business days to receive concepts.
Business days do not include weekends or major holidays and all orders
placed outside of business hours - after 5pm EST - are pushed back to the
next business day (as was the case with this project of yours)

(Please remember we are not freelancers, who can often be available (or unavailable) at various hours of the day or evening. Instead we work within set business hours 9-5)

If you research our service online, you will find hundreds of posts across various forums praising our level of service. You even mentioned yourself: "I've submitted several successful orders through this company and they have delivered in a good manner"

I can't say anything bad about LogoNerds.. IMO they have delivered better results then companies where I've spend $xxx for a logo
