Sorry I was away for a couple days. Couldn't respond to PMs. This list is pretty accurate. They are indeed autoapprove dofollow blogs. I recommend this for $5.

Hey there guys, got a copy of the list, so here's my rview!

I ran the list through SB with only public proxies. The list was pretty awesome, though the list was made up almost entirely PR N/As. My success rate was 41% on my first shot! Cowsgonemad always has great products so I thought that wasn't good enough.

So my SEO VAs and I fired up the manual commenter and went over the failed URLs last night. Around 10 of the URLs on the list had a 404 error and there were also a few non-found pages, but we still managed to get backlinks from the rest of the failed posts.

In total I received around 300 backlinks from this small list!

All in all, a great list for SB and manual commenting; Nothing short of the quality that Cowsgonemad always provides!
