Just tried this out, Provider did indeed send the message out to over 12K real twitter users. The accounts that the message was sent from were obviously in place only to promote things though. Either way my philosophy on twitter is that if only one meaningful person picks this up, the whole damn thing could go viral. So for the cheap price that he's offering you can't go wrong.

Not much I can say, but the service is great! I'm getting around a dozen clicks a day from the single tweet. Definitely worth the cash! The OP is really communicable, and likes to stay in contact. 9/10 service!
