I have reviewed the data, it seems to be complete and accurate, I spot checked 15 random businesses in California.

However, he does not have all of the states so if you want a specific state you would need to check first.

Secondly, how this data was acquired I am not sure, I am guessing scraped, which means you can't legally use the emails and some of the other info.

Good list depending on your needs.
