Real simple here. I've had great experiences on another forum with this so I'd like to try it here. I'm looking to buy sites ranking organically that have AdSense revenue (minimum of $10/month). $4XX budget. I would be willing to pay more, but due to restrictions I can only transfer $500/day so we'd have to split up payments, which I'm not comfortable with. I'm willing to pay up to 12x monthly revenue if the revenue is stable (6 months or more average).

If the revenue is not stable then we can work out a price based on other factors. The only topic that's off limits would be sports because I don't have the time or the energy to keep up with something like that. PM me with any old sites you want to unload and we can go from there.

Well I got quite a few enticing offers, but I'm up for more! I'm still buying and am willing to buy more than one site! Oh, and yes the sites must be in either English or Japanese (the only two languages I'm fluent in). Though I strongly prefer to stick to English sites.
