This would be great except when they ask for that they usually also ask for a Driver's License and/or a SSN.

Without you providing a fake DL, this service won't be much help to many people.

Just thought I'd let you know.

Dude call paypal now. He is going to submit fake documents and try to unfreeze your monies then remove it.
