I programmed two very powerful applications in the last 3 months, now I'm looking to sell them both with all rights and source code to one person to sell as there own product so that i can move onto my next project.

The products could sell for around $100-$150/copy in the right markets. I will sell both for $350 obo. I'm not a good sales man, but i am a very good programmer.

software is programmed in .NET.

Soooo instead of selling for $350 when it could fetch $100-150 per copy, why not make a deal with someone for royalties or something....

software is not available. I have bought the rights to it and i am currently selling the software. And it absolutely kicks ass. he under estimated the value, its worth about $5000 for the coding, and we are doing a revenue share.
