hey man, I'll will be getting back to everyone's email by tonight and start all the pending orders by tonight itself. After the opening I was blasted by so many orders, it really has taken a toll over me.

I am sorry I have been a bit off on wicked fire lately.

Let me give you all the updates on my life and the service.

Well frankly, with my college life on track things have been pretty busy. I admit I have not given the best customer service like before. This has only happened now.

Secondly, my Grandmother just passed away and because of this I have been off track on wickedfire but have managed to somehow answer emails and start orders.

See guys, if you see your orders have stalled or stopped suddenly then just email with the query and I can take a look at it. Posting here and expecting me to see and PM you can really be time consuming and hectic. For both good, the best way to reach me is email and I will get back to you within 24hrs for sure.

Thirdly, to the competitors and other people that are jealous of me, I don't really care what shit you post on my thread and shit you say to my buyers or mods, I am not cheating anyone and nor am I cheating by not providing any service. Only my customer service lacked which I am up for and improve it drastically with my FB 2.0 service thread on the way..

Fourthly, about the refunds that people have been complaining about - The actually reason is that PAYPAL recently out of the blue, started auto withdrawn system on the accounts of INDIAN PAYPAL users. Because of this they are randomly withdrawing money automatically with a day or two, hence leaving me with no balance. And I try to refund the people as soon as I get payments for the work done. And because of the fact that I am taking more INTERNATIONAL BANK WIRE from people, only a few are left that actually send me money in my paypal. Hence making it more difficult for me. But I am trying to cope up with and provide refunds at the earliest.

Fifth, I will be launching FB 2.0 thread, which will not only have a better speed but top-notch customer service and commitment to each and every buyer. I am going to launch that very very soon. I am just working with my technical team about it. Not only will we have all the countries back on the menu like, US, UK, GB, SG, MY, BR, FR and WORLD fans but the speed of them will be top-notch as well. Also, we will increase the quantity intake of all the orders as well, and provide discounts to high resellers as well.

Sixth, I will be answering all the PM's in and within 2 days, taking into the view that my GRAND MOM died yesterday morning and I had to travel 2000 KM all the way back to home to support my family, I just want you people to have faith in me and I REALLY promise that I will be back with a bang.
