Communication: OP is not on the US continent so his English is not perfect but for the purposes of ping.fm account creation it was just fine. He did respond to my questions quickly.

Process: Not much to the process, no keywords to exchange just account creation. I asked for a pingfm account as I have a few IPs sitting around so another ping account sure can't hurt. He provided the login details, pass, user, key & email. All necessary info. I logged into the account and checked the history this is a new account that has not been abused or used ever.

Results: I posted to the account a couple of times and my URL posted to 25 social bookmarking services without a hitch. No complaints so far...

Overall: I'm pleased with the service for 7 bucks it's a steal. I like having a ping account for every one of my IPs. It's a pain in the neck setting these up combines with the additional bookmarking accounts, email Ect. 5/5
