What does semi-managed include? It means I will install DirectAdmin for you, update services like Apache, MySQL, Sendmail, etc... I will install a firewall or check your server logs. However, I will not do things like set up wordpress or help you with that plugin or script that won't work. You should also be aware that I will be the only one offering the semi-managed support at ZenSix, so you aren't necessarily going to get 90 minute responses all the time.
