Looking to buy pre-activated Adwords accounts that have already had a test campaign running.

1. The Adwords account must be activated account (already charged $USD5 for the sign up fee or already have a coupon funded)
2. The account must be working and has a test campaign running to demonstrate it is able to display ads.
3. The Method of billing in the account must be 'Post pay billing' and the Form of payment must be 'Credit Card'
4. The currency set in the account must be USD
