I'm interested in the 500k package. Some questions before I order:

- Where do the Likes come from? Are people actually viewing the page, or is it one of those sites where they have to click a bunch of Like buttons to get through?
- Can they be targeted by gender/age/interests?
- US users?
- Can you do app pages and websites with Like buttons on them, or is this limited to fan pages?

Can you do smaller numbers than 250k likes? Can you do shares? Shares and likes can count the same on a lot of the different buttons outside of facebook.

I know if you have an app disabled you can submit an appeal and have it enabled again, so there might be something like that for pages (assuming they're legit pages and not affiliate spam). You can hit up the fb dev forum and ask and I'm sure someone will know. I've heard there are other factors that play into it (such as number of blocks) and it's not based purely on the growth factor, because it's possible you just decided to start advertising the page, or someone posted something about it that went viral, etc.
