I'm looking for UK link building services (that deliver links from sites hosted in the UK).

I'm interested in any kind of UK link building service you can offer - directory submission, article marketing (writing and submission), press release and etc.

I'm not interested in any of the gray hat methods.

Barely makes a difference what country the backlinks come from.

Yes, but this is now.

It's logical that this will change sooner or later, so I want to incorporate that in my link building campaign from the start.

This kind of future proofing helps a lot when the next algo update comes.

Yep. The market is there but the providers are not.
Strange stuff... If I wasn't busy I could jump right in

On my end I have done everything to point the SE in what country the site should rank.

The main thing is just to set the country in webmaster tools. (if you can for .co.uks, never tried)
