Talk to one of the guys and girls offering blog commenting. You can usually get them to do for you, on long term, at a discount.

There should be a problem in your end. So far no complains like this. In few pages, you must use rel="follow" html tag to get dofollow link

Yes, I have seen many freelancers for this service. They may charge $30/100 comments
