100k UK Facebook fans needed

Requirement for Fans:
1. 100% of Fans must be from UK only.
2. All Accounts MUST be REAL Facebook accounts With at least 20 friends.
3. All accounts must have at lease two photos.
4. ABSOLUTELY NO fans with profiles promoting pornographic, dating, gambling, illegal or youth endangering sites of ANY nature.
5. Methods to getting fans must NOT get the fan page banned.
6. No wall to wall spamming.
7. NO FAKES, NO BOTS, NO BLACK HAT! NO SPAM!
8. Must not violate Facebook terms of service.
Payment:
1. You will be paid 1 week after you deliver every 10.000 fans - just to see that fans and followers are real and not disappearing. PROFILES WILL BE CHECKED!
