This established Photoshop tutorials website is over two years old and has over 1,000 tutorials in its database. It is currently PR4 but was PR5 before the last update. It has a very basic, custom CMS used to approve tutorials that have been submitted, modify tutorials, and delete ones that might be broken.

Earlier this year, I received an $800 offer and an $850 offer via the contact form on the website.

Lately it has been averaging $0.40 per day from AdSense but used to average $0.60 per day before I removed the ads from the framed tutorials. I haven't done much to monetize the site but I'm sure it's capable of more than it's making.

Looking at the site and SERPs, that's a steal at $350. Not basing that off of revenue, but with a little additional SEO and getting up there for some other keywords, it could be a virtual goldmine. Nice site Shockt! Good luck with the sale.

/edit/ just checked Wordtracker and photoshop tutorials gets a predicted 1116 daily searches. Definitely be worth targeting this keyword, you could get a ton of traffic if you were in the top ten for it.

1. No, take a closer look at the tutorials themselves. PhotoshopGuides.com is similar to Good-Tutorials.com in that it provides a database/directory of Photoshop tutorials around the web.
