5/5 Communication - Communication with cheesewhiz was great. He kept me posted as to what was going on at all times. He even went the extra mile to ask me if everything was ok and asked me if there was anything I wanted changed.

5/5 Content - Content is good, I got 10 articles of 300+ words each. The articles were well written to the topic, these were written by someone who probably spoke english as their first language.

5/5 Overall Site - What can I say, the site looks awesome! It's far better than I had imagined it to be and I probably would have never gotten around to build it out. So for the price, I'll have a site in a month or two bringing in passive income with no on-site work from me.

4/5 Bookmarking - I got 117 verified bookmarks when run through rapperboxx. Of those, one domain had a PR8, a PR5, PR4 and then mostly PR0 domains. These are of course, the TLD, not the page of the bookmark. I'm not really worried about it, I actually forgot that the site was even going to be bookmarked.

5/5 Profile Blast - I got a little over 7,000 profiles in my profile blast which is an over delivery. Again, I totaly forgot about the link building aspect of the offer so it was a nice bonus.

4.75/5 Overall - This was a great experience. There was one little issue but it was my fault, not cheesewhiz. When cheesewhiz had started building the site and putting up the content, I changed a few things to the SEO, being anal, I like my sites a particular way. I mentioned to him that I changed a few things but I never told him what I did change. And then forgeting that the site was going to be bookmarked, all the bookmarking point to a non-existant URL. No worries though, I planned on having red_virus throw some bookmarks at it anyways.

In conclusion, I'll definitely be having him build some more domains for me. The problem is picking which ones to do! For the price it's a no brainer. But I would rather have 500 word articles instead of 300 words. Maybe charge a little bit more for larger articles? Or maybe exclude the link building for bigger articles?

V12Kid - Earnings are different for each site, really depends on the niche selection and what type of link building gets done. We don't actually research a niche, we take a domain you already have purchased and we develop a "Wordpress Minisite" on it.

I've had a few people ask about niche selection so I'm thinking about expanding the service to choose niches as well, but as of right now we don't do that though.

Got my site and here is my review.

Cheesewhiz is one hell of communicative seller. I received frequent updates on the status. Logo and graphics look great. A premium theme that I had already loaded on the domain was used. Content was fair, but I paid for the lower quality content when I should have paid for the high quality content. Also included a few extra customizations at my request. My only problem with the site is that the contact page is whack and the privacy policy was copied and pasted with the [...] intact. I'm sure if I just send him an email he will fix those two things. I've gotta dig up a handful of other empty domains and get some content on them.

Rating: 9 out of 10 erect nipples

Just to address the contact and privacy policy pages - like I mentioned in a previous email, this had something to do with the theme you had already installed. For whatever reason, pages on this theme weren't displaying content at all, I added extra test pages and could not get them to work. I did what I could but couldn't figure out this problem. Just wanted to clarify that this wasn't an issue with the themes that we offer on the order form page.

Just wanted to let everyone know that I've taken out the multiple content options and we're now offering one standard content option. The flexibility with content options was nice, but started causing delays that pushed us past our stated times. The new "standard" content option should help speed things up considerably.

We've also found a new designer for our logos which has drastically improved the quality and the look of the sites. The down side is that they are just a little more expensive, so I'm going to have to raise the base price from $39 to $41.99, but I promise you won't be disapointed with your site, these are looking better than ever!

First thing, is this is a great service and I'm a month late on this review, so sorry for that Andy.

Communication 5/5 - I was never left wondering what was happening or feeling like I needed to check progress. Frequent updates, even when there was a small hiccup with a content writer, kept me in the loop.

Content 4.5/5 - I am picky about content for my sites, but hey, these were domains I wasn't doing anything with. That said, the content that was delivered was definitely good and reads like it was written by a native English-speaker.

Design 5/5 - He's giving a choice among several themes, and I do like the look of the Woothemes. Site design is one of those things I waste entirely too much time on, and this was easy with a nice-looking end result complete with custom logo and favicon. Color scheme made sense for each of the niches, and overall the sites were put together well.

Speed 5/5 - When my sites were being worked up there were two grades of content. I sampled both, but the higher-end content provider was taking a bit. Due to the fantastic communication, I was never worried that things weren't being taken care of. Everything else went as planned, and ultimately I received the order within a few more days.

Overall 5/5 - There seem to be a lot of these services springing up now, and I've tried a few guys for this on this forum in the past and been burned in the process. Andy is head and shoulders above the rest I've dealt with and I never had the slightest worry that I wouldn't get what I paid for. And what was delivered was a quality mini-site.

Just as an aside, one of the sites debuted at #4 in Google, and has been getting steady daily traffic with a fairly low bounce rate and decent time on site. All I've done is add a couple more articles to it since it was built, but it shows that G likes what this guy is putting together. Thanks bro, couple more orders coming your way.

I do all my own back linking so I like being able to switch it on and off as needed Content 4.5/5 I am pretty picky here but I like the content.. It is well researched and is native English Communication 5/5 Mr. Whiz is easy to reach and easy to give direction to and gets things done quickly This saves me precious time and gets sites setup that I just did not have the time or energy to do. I received frequent updates on the status. Logo and graphics look great. A premium theme that I had already loaded on the domain was used. Content was fair, but I paid for the lower quality content when I should have paid for the high quality content. Also included a few extra customizations at my request. My only problem with the site is that the contact page is whack and the privacy policy was copied and pasted with the [...] intact. I'm sure if I just send him an email he will fix those two things. I've gotta dig up a handful of other empty domains and get some content on them. Just to address the contact and privacy policy pages - like I mentioned in a previous email, this had something to do with the theme you had already installed. For whatever reason, pages on this theme weren't displaying content at all, I added extra test pages and could not get them to work. I did what I could but couldn't figure out this problem. Just wanted to clarify that this wasn't an issue with the themes that we offer on the order form page. Let me know if I can help you with another order! The flexibility with content options was nice, but started causing delays that pushed us past our stated times. The new "standard" content option should help speed things up considerably. We've also found a new designer for our logos which has drastically improved the quality and the look of the sites. The down side is that they are just a little more expensive, so I'm going to have to raise the base price from $39 to $41.99, but I promise you won't be disapointed with your site, these are looking better than ever!
