I made a site (along with a partner) with an exact match domain for 135,000 exact searches keyword a few months back. It is now dancing between #3 and 7. Was #3 about 3 weeks ago.

Unfortunately, I have a lot of pending work here and even not bumping my threads due to pending work. I am not interested in working on this site any more and need money urgently. I'm sure the right adsense magnate can make loads of money from this site because the keyword is not very hard and I have already taken it to #3 - 7 (currently on the lower end)

The keyword is 'quotes to live by'. Yes, I'm outing the keyword so that you guys can see. Don't worry, once you buy the site, this thread's gonna get buried and no one will see this

The site currently has about 85 unique articles. These articles are for keywords related to the main keyword, and the site is ranking on page 1 for many of these related keywords some of which have like 6.5k exact searches.

I invested much into buying these articles and a few other things. As I don't want to work on this any more, I'm looking to cash out. I'll provide all details to the buyer and you can trust whatever I'm saying. The site has a lot of content, so it is a kind of authority site at the moment. With the right push, you can take it to top 2 where the most traffic lies.

The site made $40 in the month of May. It made about $3 on many days in the last couple of weeks. This was when it ranked about #7. If you get it to top 2, the earnings can be made 5 times I believe. Not sure what cpa/affiliate offers can go with this. If you know any, then this could be a gem for you.

That is pretty much it. Let me know if you are interested. I invested about $270 for 88 articles for the site. Other than that, I have bought $100 worth of some high pr links and articles for link building. Done like $400 (minimum) worth of seo work (if you were to buy seo packages from me) So that makes it $270+100+400 = 770 minimum. I can provide all details and prove everything I'm saying.

Site made $40 in the month of May. I would like to get my investment back + some profit. Assuming the site is valued at 12 months, 12x40 = 480

So I am looking to get 770 + 480 = $1250 for this. I hope the valuation is fair enough. I can agree at a higher or lower valuation depending upon the responses. I'm looking to sell urgently as I'm arranging money to pay for some personal matters.

Update:

Guys, I made a mistake in haste (maybe I need more sleep?) Very sorry for that. The site's revenue in May was $30 and not $40. It somehow came upon me that the adsense was put in second week of May though it was put on May 2

May revenue is $30, so at 12 months valuation it is $360. Add to it my minimum investment worth $770. That makes it $1130.
