Web Design - Solid on wordpress, working knowledge for css / html. - Some experiance with phbb forum set up.

Management
Freelancer hounding - Have a bit of experience with this from my own failed projects.
Campaign management - Understand basic rate of return / split testing stuff.

What ever else you want done but dont want to do yourself.
- Stuff like sitting on the phone with your hosting company.

- Will not do telemarketing, porn or scamming.

Rates - 12$ an hour
10 if you buy in 5 hour chunks and offer a little good advice.

Maximum availability 50 hours a week.

Discounted 5 hour review block for 20$ - Not to be used for exclusively for content. - Make sure you meet the basic WF requirements for taking a review.

Not well enough to advertize it. I took programming one in hs + have started going through a php book but Im not comfortable enough to market myself as a coder just yet.

Here is my review. Seller provided 5-hours of work for $20. Awesome deal, but he is very good.

Communication: seller responded within minutes on skype. We agreed on a deal within minutes. I typed up an email with what I needed done for 3-sites, and he was very informative and engaging. He is 100% American born. Zero problems in communicating.

Upgraded Wordpress Versions
Set up requested categories
Moved articles to categories to make them show up on the home page
Added requested widgets
Removed Calender on 2 of 3 sites.
Added posts, and images, qued posts for a week out on bass
Added some tags
Installed bookmark plugin on 2 of 3 sites
Added seo plugin on site
Installed analytics
Fixed analytics
Integrate adsense
Set up twitter accounts
Integrate twitter accounts
Createed keyword report for easy long tails
Went back and added some search optimizing on posts - Formated articles a bit

Work Summary:
Seller worked on 3-sites and did a great job. Everything I asked, he did. I asked for any suggestions - and he provided solid suggestions. He then told me exactly what he did so there wasn't any doubt. 5 out of 5.

I have zero complaints. I am 100% satisfied, and will pay him his regular rate in the future. He is young and ambitious. Spell out what you need from him, confirm the exact details so he isn't left guessing - and he'll get the job done for you.
