Review (this is a repost of my review on the old thread):

Part 1:
Mat51 found a keyword and setup the site for me, consisting of a quickly written article and lots of Adsense. So far, so good, now let's see how well it's going to rank and if the links he included in his plan are really enough to generate traffic.
Mat asked me to provide a few more details on the keyword selected and the competition for it. It is in a health related niche and has 1900 exact searches. CPC is $4.01 according to him, I got different results but as I'm not really into adsense, it may just me my error, and it is still decent if mine are correct).

Competition is like this: Strong domains with mostly 1-78 backlinks for the subpage, but none of them actually has the exact keyword in the title or domain. One other exact match domain (.com) is #9, with 57 pages indexed and 145 backlinks on domain and 13 on the subpage that is ranking, coming mostly from articles and blog farms.

The site created for me has only one page with ~300 words, curious if that is gonna make a difference. I added the domain to Backlinksindexer.com for indexing, otherwise I'm not going to touch it since this is about testing the SEO plan too.

Part 2:
For 3 days now the site is ranking #6 - #7 for the targeted keyword which is a good start since the SEO plan has only been 50% finished (final "blast" coming in ~ 2 days).
Based on what I got, Mat51 certainly knows how to select low-competition keywords. No income until now, then the site has only been in the SERPS for 3 days. Everything is as expected until now.

Part 3:
The site is down to #16, and I got my last SEO report. So far Mat delivered what he said he would, now I'm firing some DFB blasts to the site to see what will happen.

Review

Delivery - although it was not as quick as he noted he did keep in the loop to the delay and sent PM's to make sure I understood where the project was. Kudos to him for doing so, most dont bother to keep you in the loop

Once delivered I was given the login info and all looks solid. There were a few things missing from the Plugins that I normally add but thats for each webmasters taste to decide what they want to use.

Aesthetics are good enough to keep it from appearing to basic in nature. Most vendors don't bother with gfx so this is a plus to have included

Post Delivery - I have a small plan to get it listed as quick as possible. I was promised a 2nd article later this week so that will help keeping the spiders fed so I am excited. Time will how much income falls in but ill do my part to keep it at the top of Page #1

Part 2: For 3 days now the site is ranking #6 - #7 for the targeted keyword which is a good start since the SEO plan has only been 50% finished (final "blast" coming in ~ 2 days). Based on what I got, Mat51 certainly knows how to select low-competition keywords. No income until now, then the site has only been in the SERPS for 3 days. Everything is as expected until now. Part 3: The site is down to #16, and I got my last SEO report. So far Mat delivered what he said he would, now I'm firing some DFB blasts to the site to see what will happen. Kudos to him for doing so, most dont bother to keep you in the loop Once delivered I was given the login info and all looks solid. There were a few things missing from the Plugins that I normally add but thats for each webmasters taste to decide what they want to use. Aesthetics are good enough to keep it from appearing to basic in nature. Most vendors don't bother with gfx so this is a plus to have included Post Delivery - I have a small plan to get it listed as quick as possible. I was promised a 2nd article later this week so that will help keeping the spiders fed so I am excited.
